I’m talking about Crown Castle International Corp. (CCI).
CCI, together with its subsidiaries, owns, operates, and leases shared wireless infrastructure in the United States and Australia. The company provides towers and other structures, such as rooftops; and distributed antenna systems, a type of small cell network (small cells).
And this technology company has just experienced some serious insider purchasing when a director recently bought 60,000 shares of CCI at almost $79.50 for a total value of more than $4.75 million!
If you ask me, this blatant confidence in CCI by a director in the company is totally warranted right now…
If we take a look at the income statement, we can see consistent growth in both the annual and quarterly gross income numbers, which is a strong sign.
And with positive performances quarter after quarter, it’s no surprise that it’s attracting great news.
In that department, CCI just announced that it will increase its annual dividend rate from $1.40 per share to $3.28 per share on the back of great earnings reports! That’s more than a 100% increase…
So for every share of CCI you own, you will be paid a $3.38 dividend!
One of the most appealing stocks on Wall Street is a solid dividend stock with real growth.
However, CCI isn’t an apparent buy for us right now. If we had jumped in just a few days ago, we would have immediately been stopped out.
